The Rhino Support API can be used for various reasons from getting the number of open tickets you have in the system to getting a list of all your customers.
The only requirement to using this api is having an API KEY which uniquely identifies you to the system.(Finding Your API Key)
Once you have your API key feel free to experiment with the API using one of the links to the right.
Note that anything you do in the api will be done by the person whose api key you are using. So for example if you create a new ticket using the api key of
a staff member named Joe
, then then that ticket will be created by Joe
inside the system.
